The resolution below has been accepted and approved by the Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest, Inc. at the general meeting on September 17, 2001.

The Board of directors of Software in the Public Interest, Inc. hereby declares that Scott McNeil will relinquish his duties as Treasurer of SPI.

The Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest, Inc. hereby appoints Branden Robinson as new treasurer of Software in the Public Interest, Inc. with all responsibilities thereof.

These assignments will be effective immediately.
