At its last meeting the board of directors accepted the resolution below.

Whereas

1. The Bylaws Committee as chartered by the Board in 2003-01-06.wta.2 is set to expire on January 14th, 2004; and
2. Improvements continue to be needed on the Bylaws

It is resolved that

the Charter for the Bylaws Committee shall be adjusted to make the ByLaws Committee a standing committee.

It is further resolved

the Chairman of the Bylaws Committee may accept resignations and appoint new members to fill any resulting vacancies.
