The following resolution has been accepted by the Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest.

WHEREAS

1. The Board of Directors must be made up of between 8 and 12 members, 4 of whom are officers;
2. The Board of Directors currently has 11 members, 4 of whom are officers;
3. The Board wishes to clarify the current membership roles.

THE BOARD AFFIRMS THAT THE FOLLOWING IS AN ACCURATE LIST OF ITS MEMBERSHIP

FURTHERMORE THE BOARD RESOLVES THAT

6. This resolution has no bearing on the date of start or completion of any member's term; it is only a statement of the current makeup of the Board.
