The following resolution has been accepted by the Board of Directors of Software in the Public Interest.

Whereas

1. Resolution 2001-09-17.br dictates that a Board member may be removed by a motion from a Board member if he has been absent without regrets for two or more consecutive meetings,
2. Drew Streib has missed four consecutive meetings,

The Board resolves that

Drew Streib is removed from the board of directors.
