PostgreSQL Conference Insurance
It is resolved that:
- The SPI treasurer and his designees are authorized to disburse CDN $2650 plus taxes for liability insurance for the PostgreSQL Anniversary Summit to be held July 8-9, 2006.
- The officers of SPI are authorized and directed to enter into reasonable contractual agreements as necessary for the purposes of obtaining liability insurance for this event.
