Board Meeting Conduct
Meetings of the SPI board of directors happen monthly, and are open to the public.
Observers are generally not expected to speak during the meetings, /msg to the secretary is a good way to get attention if you want it.
Contributing members of SPI are invited to identify themselves to the secretary to get counted in the minutes as having attended the meeting.
