20:15 < schultmc> As I mentioned in my report, I had a lot of hassle completing the validation for Debian's EV SSL certificate. Most of the hassle was due to the vendor's strict rules on where it would obtain information coupled with the loss of one of SPI's Google Voice numbers due to dormancy.
20:16 < schultmc> The SPI Treasury team actively uses its Google Voice number but I wasn't able to get a trusted source to update SPI's registered phone number to that GV number.
20:16 < schultmc> It may be prudent to research a paid VOIP solution that allows call forwarding and SMS at some point.

20:19 < schultmc> Regarding the audit, we have voluntarily had our financial reports audited for the past several years. tbm is wondering if we should authorize him to obtain a quote for an audit of our 2022 financial reports.

20:20 < fsf> From the discussion on the list, I think we're all on board - I certainly am. The question in my mind is if we call a formal vote or not. I actually lean towards _not_ calling a vote, so that we can remain fairly agile for such things.
