Resolution 2003-06-27.jpg.1: Extending the Bylaws Committee Charter

This resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors of SPI at their meeting of July 7, 2003.

WHEREAS:

• The Bylaws Committee as chartered by the Board in 2003-01-06.wta.2 is set to expire on July 1; and

• the Committee has additional work that will not be completed by that time; and

• some current members of the committee may not have time to devote to it at this time;

RESOLVED THAT the Charter for the Bylaws Committee shall be extended until January 15, 2004.

FURTHER RESOLVED, the Chairman of the Bylaws Committee may accept resignations and appoint new members to fill any resulting vacancy.
