President's Report
Bdale reported that discussions were underway that were likely to result in at least one resolution for a new associated project next month. He also commented that DebConf11 was being held in Bosnia at the end of the month and a proposal for an SPI BOF had been accepted.

Secretary's report
There has been some contact with the Dragora project about becoming an associated member. Jenkins have accepted the offer made in May. Nominations for our election are still open, with currently 4 candidates standing for the 3 available seats. A draft annual report has also been produced.

Any other business
Bdale opened up the floor to our contributing members. MJ Ray congratulated us on having produced an annual report and asked what plans continuing board members had for SPI over the next year. Bdale indicated he'd like to get our bylaws cleaned up. Jonathan mentioned some old website content that still needed moved over. Joshua was continuing with plans for an SPI portion at PgWest and also talking to various potential new projects. Jimmy pointed at his position statement for the election. Finally Michael said he'd sent out a reminder about a post-election membership purge of non-active members.
